1. About these terms

This website and the Setu Manager software are owned and operated by SETU MANAGER, a sole proprietorship registered as an MSME under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-05-0027468, Proprietor Shriram Rajendra Sanap, at Ganesh Nivas, Main Road, Patoda, Dist. Beed, Maharashtra 414204, India.

By creating an account, installing the software or continuing to use our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Setu Manager.

2. Who may use Setu Manager

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India.
• You must give accurate registration details, including a working mobile number, and keep them up to date.
• Your login is personal to your center. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for everything done using your account, including by any operator you authorise.

3. Licence and permitted use

On an active subscription we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Setu Manager for your own CSC or SETU center's business, on the number of PCs or devices included in your plan. You may not:

• Copy, resell, sub-licence, rent or redistribute the software or your licence key.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or attempt to bypass licence, device-limit or payment checks.
• Share one subscription across multiple unrelated centers or businesses.
• Use the software for anything unlawful, or to store or process data you have no right to.

All intellectual property in the software, its design, logo and the name Setu Manager remains ours.

4. Subscriptions, pricing and payment

• Setu Manager is offered on Monthly, Half-Yearly and Yearly plans at the prices shown on our website. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Access to paid features begins once payment is confirmed and remains active until the plan's expiry date.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you choose to renew. We may send renewal and expiry reminders.
• We may revise prices or plan features. Changes will not affect a plan you have already paid for, for its remaining term.
• You may switch between plans at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 96979 14646.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Setu Manager is a digital product, and access is granted immediately after payment. Subscription fees are therefore generally non-refundable once the plan is activated.

If you were charged twice for the same plan, or a payment was deducted but your plan was not activated, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will verify and refund the incorrect amount to the original payment method. Approved refunds are normally credited within 7–10 working days.

You may stop using the service and choose not to renew at any time. Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. WhatsApp messaging

Setu Manager includes features that let you send WhatsApp messages to your own customers. When you use them, you agree that:

• You have your customer's consent to contact them on WhatsApp.
• You will send only messages related to a genuine service you provide — bills, receipts, reminders, work updates and greetings.
• You will not send spam, misleading, abusive, political or unlawful content.
• You will comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy, Meta's terms, and Indian law.
• Message allowances, sending limits and delivery are subject to the rules and availability of the WhatsApp Business Platform, which we do not control.

We may suspend messaging features for an account that is reported for spam or that breaches these rules.

7. Your data and content

You keep ownership of the data you enter — your center's records, your customers' details and the documents you upload. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that data, and for having the right to store it.

You grant us permission to host and process that data only to provide the service to you. We recommend that you take your own periodic backups of important records.

8. Service availability and updates

We aim to keep Setu Manager available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features depend on third-party services such as internet connectivity, cloud hosting, payment gateways and the WhatsApp Business Platform.

We release updates from time to time to add features and fix issues. Active plans receive updates free of charge. We may modify, add or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if your subscription expires, if payment fails or is reversed, or if you breach these terms — for example by sharing licences, tampering with licence checks or misusing the messaging features. Where the breach is not serious, we will normally contact you first and give you a chance to correct it.

10. Limitation of liability

Setu Manager is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the software.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of invoices, ID cards, tax figures and government forms produced using the software, and for verifying them before use.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Beed, Maharashtra, India. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use Setu Manager after a change means you accept the updated terms.
